In this assignment I created three different pieces with different color schemes, the first one I used one shape and a monochromatic color scheme, the second one was one shape but with a complimentary color scheme, the third and final one was a quote but created with analogous colors. In these pieces we used many different elements and principals of design, color, form, shape, texture, line, value, balance, contrast, pattern, and emphasis. I used these in a multitude of different ways we showed texture by putting filters on some of our shapes giving them a textured like appearance. I created contrast by using different color schemes. My favorite piece out of the three is the first one because I spent the most time on it and I think it is very pleasing to look at, I also like the last one for the same reason. Over all I think this assignment went very well and turned out great.
